Bibi Aisha Girls’ High School, Jalalabad, Afghanistan, 2013

My elder daughter, Alexandra Millatmal, came to Afghanistan to visit her extended family for the first time.  After spending a few days with us in Kabul, we went to Jalalabad to visit the rest of the family as well.  We used that opportunity to implement another YGG project in Jalalabad city in her honor. 9-A.JPG

This time, we contacted the Department of Education and asked them where they would like us to plant the trees.  The selected the “Bibi Aisha Girls’ High School”.  We purchased trees and made the signs for a dozen children to plant the trees with Hatsanda and Alexandra.  We planted the trees and it was a great moment.  The director of education attended the program.
